Partners
Ron Landis, PhD
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Dr. Landis has a PhD in industrial organizational psychology from Michigan State University. He has over 30 years in conducting research in the areas of quantitative methodology and measurement development.
Ron is a pioneer in research methods – he has published more than 70 journal articles, book chapters, and works in edited volumes. Evidence of his amazing work is that it has been cited by over 6,000 with a h-index of 35! His work is routinely published in leading journals including Organizational Research Methods, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Applied Psychology. He is also a fellow of the American Psychological Association and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.
Ron also has over 30 years of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in numerous statistical methods including Psychological Testing and Measurement, Survey Design and Implementation, and Psychometrics.
His consulting experience includes more than 30 years with organizations in the private and public sectors.
Jennifer Miller, PhD
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Dr. Miller has a PhD in psychology and MS in applied statistics from Indiana University. She has more than 15 years in conducting research in the areas of learning and communication.
Jennifer has published approximately 20 peer-reviewed articles and chapters that focus on appropriate statistical techniques including regression, organizational network analysis, and nonparametric statistics. Her work has been published in a variety of journals including Journal of Comparative Psychology, Communication in Computer and Information Sciences: Immersive Learning Research Network, Rehabilitation Counseling Bulletin, and Cyberpsychology: Journal of Psychosocial Research on Cyberspace. She recently received the Indiana University Early Career Alumni Award.
Jennifer also has over 10 years of teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in numerous statistical methods including Social Network Analysis, Correlation and Regression, Graduate Statistics 1 & 2, Business Statistics and Introduction to R.
Her consulting experience has translated research into practice for organizations in the private and public sector.
George Langlois, PhD
Executive Partner
Dr. Langlois has a PhD in industrial organizational psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology. George is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in successfully assisting organizations identify, develop, and deploy highly performing mid and senior level teams. Has successfully coached C-suite executives in utilities, high tech, healthcare, finance, and higher education. Clients have included Fortune 500 corporations, national and local governmental organizations, healthcare corporations, major airlines, financial companies (major banks, insurance companies), colleges and universities, national retail chains and medium-size non-profits
